This week, I worked on refining our new designs to spark some inspiration for a new project.
On Monday, we had a meeting with Graham and Emily from Virgin Wines, where we presented our wireframes and mid-fidelity concepts to get their feedback. They gave us constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
The feedback from the meeting was really helpful, and it made me rethink my approach. I decided to take a different angle with the design phase. After reviewing the new brand guidelines and colour schemes, I began sketching new ideas on my iPad. I transformed those sketches into wireframes using Figma and brought them to the Thursday critique with Rob. This time, the feedback was much more positive, which was encouraging.

Over the weekend, I plan to develop the designs, focusing on creating a more interactive and visually appealing experience. I will use a vibrant colour palette, engaging imagery, and fun illustrations to bring the concepts to life.

On Friday, I had an interview for an internship at TempleBrown, and it went great—I got the offer! I’ll start on 23 May, and I’m really excited about this opportunity. I believe it will help me improve my design skills and give me a deeper insight into the design industry.
