Here are my initial illustrations for the design concepts we had in mind, created using Procreate on my iPad Pro. At first, they seemed to fit well with our design theme, giving it a cohesive look. However, we soon realised they didn’t quite align with the new style Virgin Wines were aiming for in the redesign.
Although I personally liked these images and they took quite a bit of time to create, I’ve learned through experience that the design industry often requires you to adapt, regardless of your personal preferences. Ultimately, you have to meet the requirements of the brief.
