During the research phase, Ellana and I concentrated on the “About Us” page. To ensure an even workload, we divided the tasks equally—I took on the desktop analysis, while Ellana focused on the mobile side. This included user flows, heuristic evaluations, competitor analyses, and user testing.

This approach worked well because it gave us clear roles and helped us complete the research efficiently.
We organised the research into distinct sections, which made it easy to navigate and reference later. This structure not only helped us track our progress, but also made it easier for others to understand what we had done and what still needed to be completed.
As a group, we worked together on researching the checkout page. My contributions included mapping the user flow, conducting the desktop heuristic evaluation, and tackling the two sections of competitor research outlined with purple post-it notes.
