This week I continued to do my research. I feel like this week and last week has passed slow, possibly because the work is split up and when it gets done, there isn’t much to do until the rest of the group has also completed the tasks. The Miro board link below shows all the research I did and how I contributed. I also highlighted to the group that if we are designing for a mobile as well, it’s important that we do a heuristic analysis and markup for this too, as it’s just as important as the desktop.
For the user test I created a base structure of how I wanted to present my work, in which other members of the group also agreed on. I know that over the holiday and upcoming weeks the workload will dramatically increase as we begin to talk to the clients more and start the designing process which is why I am making sure I do all my research now. Emily and I also came up with the script for the events usability test together for the existing website, as well as questions to ask the clients when they come in to give us more data.

Towards the end of the week we realised that we hadn’t emailed Dave our questions for the stats meeting. As someone else said they were doing it, I assumed they had sent the questions, however upon checking with the group we realised no one had sent them. I then decided to email the questions as soon as I could, proving that I am able to adapt to situations quickly and try my best to solve any problems to ensure tasks were completed and the questions we wanted answers to were included in the stats meeting.
