Copywrite Research
As a group, we felt that some of the issues related to the Virgin Wines site (e.g. customer confusion and poor conversion rates) were due to the copy that the user was reading. Not only is there too much, but we felt that it was wordy and confusing.
Thus, we decided to split up the desktop and mobile flow between us and explore our sections in depth and come up with some suggestions as to what we feel would be a better fit for the copywrite.

My focus was on the landing page. I mostly investigated reducing the amount of text there was on the page (as this helps with bettering conversion rates) and also having more clarity so the user better understands what WineBank actually is as a product. Some examples of competitors that I researched include:
- Virgin Money
- Gousto
- Netflix
- Sociovino
