Annoyingly I tested positive for covid and became quite ill with it. I have family members who are high risk so I spent a few days helping and looking after my parent as much as possible.
Meeting up as a group was impossible for a whole week. The 3 others were able to meet and I was filled in with new deadlines and work they decided needed doing. Due to feeling completely rundown and exhausted the other group members did take on some of my workload to help the work keep flowing. Even though I was unwell, I completed as much high fidelity as I was able to. With the groups help I was able to rest and test negative before meeting as a full group again.
Our focus now shifted to creating high- fidelity designs from our mid fidelity pages we had been working on. I really wanted to design the generic pages which can be seen as quite boring such as the checkout and frequently asked questions. Lizzy designed the checkout for desktop and I took her design style and made it suit mobile. Taking the design she had created and re-sizing and organising was the best option as it kept the website design consistent and professional looking. The frequently asked questions was also a screen that I designed independently for desktop and mobile. These were the two pieces of work that I managed to design while being ill and had them ready for our meeting on Thursday with the Virgin Wine designers.
