Interviews were a big part of the project that I found I struggled with slightly. As not being the most confident in situations like this I found getting the information I needed from the interviews quite a challenge. My interviews did turn out well however while in the process of doing them I was feeling quite unsure of the outcomes. I think my interviews improved once I changed some questions when I had become more certain on the path I was wanting to go down when entering project 5.
Changing some of the interview questions I thought would be a problem and I’d have to redo the first two, but I think having some focusing on general public transport and the last three being based on a direct topic helped me to get the best outcome for the answers that I was needing.
To organise my interviews I wrote all of my questions in my Miro board so I could spend time deciding what I was wanting to get out of speaking to each person. I also organised the order of the interviews and who I was going to speak to.

After doing several of these interviews and having done some for a previous project I feel my confidence has grown with asking questions and getting the information from people that I need for my design work.
