Our second unit starts with this new project that is in collaboration with Virgin Wines, a company who asked our help in redesigning various section of their outdated website.
Graham, who was in lead to explain more in detail about their company, was really available when it comes to asking question regarding their needs for the company. In UX Design is really important to satisfy their requirements and especially when it comes to their clients, where their trust is what make the company rise.
We were divided into different groups, our group was Team 1 composed by: Me, Maisy, Dom, Rishabh, Robert and Hashry. Each of us has different roles like:
- Robert: Checkout Design, Presentation and Research
- Maisy: About Us Page Design, Presentation and Research
- Rishabh: Mobile Design, Presentation and Research
- Hashry: Type & Animation Design, Presentation and Research (additional ideas and help)
- Dom: Events Design, Presentation and Research
- Sihina: Prototype, Presentation and Research (additional ideas and help)
My work here is to check and do some prototyping to make sure everything seemed to work fine, additionally me and Dom were asked to initialize the layout for the presentation which came out to be changed the day of the actual meetings, my part of the research was inside the markup and some competitor reviews along with.
The work came up to be really good and we were surprised in 3 months how much we came up with.
