The workshop that took place today gave me a strong footing on HTML coding and introduced me to Visual Studio Code software, which helped me understand HTML at a more fundamental level, among other things. In conclusion, the session was highly enlightening as it showcased contemporary tools for working with code in multiple ways. These tools do not just propose how to extend the code but also improve coding experience generally by making it faster and easier.
During this workshop, we looked into manipulating styling elements such as color, font weight and style. This hands-on process of changing the visual features of a webpage went a long way in giving insights about web design. By moving around these attributes we could see immediate changes in the appearance of the web page hence demonstrating how CSS in conjunction with HTML can modify its appearance.

This technical experience was vital for understanding the coding aspect of user experience design. It showed that aesthetics matter greatly while designing for the web and that usability should not be separated from good looks. The skills obtained today will be helpful in bridging theory and practice because they have been acquired from real life situations.

However, I think that there is much more to learn from this field since this workshop was only one of its kind. What worked well for me, was that it was practical. I am someone who learns best through participation. Continuity in learning and practice are key elements towards mastering web development and coding. Consequently, additional workshops that continue from where we started will go along way to helping me understand better what we had starting off hence involving more advanced topics thereby increasing our programming capacities further.

By expanding these workshops on coding, my knowledge base on HTML/CSS could be solidified while teaching about more complex issues like JavaScript or API’s; frameworks such as React or Angular could also be introduced then . To keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques associated with internet technology change is continuous learning . More coding practices would mean having chances to join hands with other coders and reviewers to contribute their opinions in improving my skills and confidence as a web developer.

In conclusion, this coding class was important for me since it is the first step towards learning journey. After that, I am willing to attend more practical sessions because they are what can help me understand everything about web development and become the master of programming art.
