After completing our heuristics and competitor research, we had a plethora of questions for Virgin Wines. Fortunately, Jay, Graham, and Chelsea were able to answer a few of them, but we had to send the questions in beforehand. Because of this, our team came together to conduct another live post-it note session, as we thoroughly enjoyed the first one.

During this session, we wrote down everything we wanted to know about each flow and then refined our list by removing what was redundant or unnecessary. After this, we transcribed these post-its to Miro. We then further refined the questions using AI to eliminate redundant queries and ensure the questions we were asking made sense, especially since some of the jargon, like churn/bounce rates, was new to us.
Later, we learned from a couple of third-year students that Virgin Wines might not answer as many questions as we had hoped. Although we were unsure if this was true, we decided to play it safe and narrowed our list down to ten essential questions we wanted answers to. All of this is documented on our Miro board.
This process not only helped us prioritize our inquiries but also allowed us to delve deeper into understanding the intricacies of Virgin Wines’ operations and customer engagement strategies.
