Re-Making the Slides & making the script
After the group crit, Mads and I felt that we should change how we present the slides. Originally, we had a focus on the research side of the project, which during this presentation in particular, isn’t the true focus. So, for this new round of research we have organised to have a much more design focussed presentation, with research as a compliment if it is necessary.
Together, after the group crit, we made a small list of changes the entire group has made during the project. We then, over the weekend, researched and filled in the gaps of the table ready to make the presentation on Tuesday (due to the Bank Holiday Monday). We colour coded what we should each research.

We then developed this list on the Tuesday with the rest of the group and finalised the presentation. As a group, we have decided to have a teams call the next day (Wednesday 10th May) in order to practice the presentation and the notes we created as a group, and have split between us.

Above is an example of one of the slides that Mads and I made. We tried different slide styles, but felt that this one was the most appropriate as the styling doesn’t distract from the designs themselves and we have included hints of the Virgin Wines branding (in the red on the banner, the font and also logo).
In order to help out James, who is working on the mobile slides, I put his info onto the slide styling that Mad’s and I created – just to help out.
As a group, during the day we also created a script for what were going to say during the presentation. We have paired individuals (incase anybody does not arrive on the day) and have gone for a more chatty style approach to the presentation in the hopes that this will calm our nerves.
