Finalising and Final Reflections
After the presentation, everything calmed down drastically as the big hurdle was over and done with – phew! And after receiving such great feedback I think as a group, we were just relieved!
Overall, I found this project incredibly fulfilling and I enjoyed the opportunity to work on a real life brief.
A final iteration I made to the final design which we presented (which is very minor) was including my wine glass animation on the carousel (as Graham found this really cool and I just wanted to see what it would look like):

Moreover, I am grateful for the group project experience as I have become closer with my peers and I feel like there is more of a sense of community in the class now – which was missing before.
Year 2 has been such a great year for me, and is one that I’m sure I will never forget. At the start of the year my team won Sync the City, swiftly after I started my freelance career, which then gave me the courage to apply for (and get) my first internship, followed by my second internship in my previous school (where they loved my enthusiasm for the subject) and finally presenting in-front of Virgin Wines for a project I am so proud of!
I can’t wait to see what happens next year. Goodbye year 2! 🍻
