Developing Research

Using the markup that we created as a group, we decided on factors that we believe are obviously in need of improvement.

Points of improvement ranged from copywrite to the use of grids and columns. There was a wide variety of points that we made regarding changes, and this allowed us to develop our thoughts on the different perspectives we can take to improve the site. In the future, Mads and I are planning on developing this further to create a more concise thoughts page regarding Nielsens Heuristics in conjunction to the website flow (click here).

Although it definitely needs developing, Mads and I created a ‘What do we know so far?’ page as this was recommended by the tutors. Here we wrote stickies on info that we know about the website (e.g. the stats that Graham gave us on the slides) and things that we had discovered ourselves (e.g. the inconsistency of buttons throughout the site). It was a place to brainstorm our ideas basically.
