Monday was continued working on higher-fi pages to show for our meeting with Graham and Emily. They gave us some good key notes such as: Flesh out the narrative, Make the check icon a pencil so they know they can edit the sections, ditch the gradient on checkout or make it way lighter, more copy on the about us or less space, more images throughout and others.
We then de-briefed as a team and gave more specific tasks:
- Everyone read through brand guidelines
- design consistency
- rob rebuild style sheet with max

After the morning briefing, I considered what I could do for my diss. I have continuously gone back and forth, unable to make up my mind if I want to focus on something similar to my internship, a meta-theoretical approach or something more within scope.
Notes from the briefing
Tuesday everyone worked remotely to continue their tasks, and wednesday we all decided to show up to studio (without having a pre-set meeting). We got feedback that the poster design was not landing right, so we started with making new events layouts. Wednesday we took each page and the work we had done so far, and dissected as a team. This gave us time to make sure we had specific style specs ironed out. All of made decisions about what components and styles we wanted to move forward with that we felt unsure about individually. This included making sure the text was up to date, colours and rounded corners.

Max kept working on grape-ifying the about us, I was crafting new ideas for the events after a sad response to the poster idea and checkout was being converted from mid to hi-fi.

All Else
Still dreaming and scheming on the paper, absolutely cannot make my mind up. I love writing and am conflicted about what I want to focus this time and effort on. Who knows, maybe I’ll do two? …
