This week, due to dealing with sickness, I did not produce the amount of work I should have. However due to working on creating stronger personal boundaries in order to avoid burnout and create a healthier work-life balance I chose to rest.
Reflecting from last submission
I feel a strong and critical reflection from the previous hand-in of Bsc2a is really useful. In this unit I was not able to submit all elements of the submission and some elements were incomplete or not to a high enough standard due to me running out of time. This was because I didn’t hold a fundamental understanding of the scale of the unit, every week felt like turning round a new corner and not really knowing what to expect. It’s safe to say I was a bit overwhelmed and struggled with the transition from Year 1 into Year 2. This year, I have set myself to holding a stronger understanding about where specifically I am in the unit, with a greater understanding of how many weeks there is until hand-in. I have also developed greater and clearer organisation, such as through properly organised desktop folders, more organised WordPress.org categories for my blog and a more organised browser.
Getting Started
This week was all about getting started on Bsc2b and the main project of this: the Virgin Wines Collaborative Project. Learning from the previous submission, I knew a mutual understanding between our group members of project time-scale and weekly progress needed would be really useful to help me and others make sure we don’t fall behind.
As a group using our Trello board organisation and our time-line on our Miro board, we determined specifically what the tasks are for the week and how we will split them up.
Because of this organisation, I am able to see exactly what my tasks are for the week as an individual.

My Contribution
Due to being unwell I was unable to complete this. However, I did make some progress in my Heuristic Analysis.
Within my frame of the Miro board I considered organisation, hierarchy and communication. Each section of the website sites within its own frame, then being split up into its own page accordingly. I also ensured every page is labeled for communication.
Following NN recommendations, I set out to find issues and recommendations within each of the ten heuristics for the sections of the websites I am evaluating and clearly display these.
