To begin with all four of us did separate wireframes to show our ideas to each other and when we had done this we came together to make one final design with all of our ideas in one place.
We each designed ideas for each process, the checkout, events and about us.
The events process
For the events process I came up with the idea of getting rid of the filtering system as I had asked questions about how many events they were aiming to hold per year and after they had said around 15 – 20 I proposed the idea that the filter is not necessary and people can just scroll.
My design ideas was also a lot of playing with text, images and colour to show a more immersive website design. My original idea for the what to expect page was where the user would hover over the button and it would show the information. In the end we decided not to go with this because it didn’t work as well on mobile.
I also came up with the idea of having a separate page for FAQs and what to expect. I believe everyone else had a similar idea because all of us agreed to try and declutter the main page and get rid of a few unneeded elements.

For the mobile version we all thought that the design should continue and be almost identical to avoid confusion for users.

Checkout
For the checkout we all agreed that there should be a guest log in because users may back out from the process if they believe that they are going to have to feed it with all of their information. We also all agreed that it should stay simple so that there is no confusion for the users.
I came up with the idea of moving the virgin member number towards the end because then users are too far into the process to leave. Even if they leave the page to try and find their number they are more likely to come back as they have committed further.

About us
For the about us page we all had the idea of including a lot of visually appealing elements to represent the text and make the page more attractive.
I came up with the idea of flexible text to represent the flexibility information which was then used in the final design ideas all over the pages.
