For this project I am in a group of 4. I am working with Lizzy, Ellana and Saalihah. To be on top of everything for this project we have a set ourselves small deadlines throughout the project so that we know where we should be each week.

This is a small planner that I made to show what we should be doing for the first few weeks of this project.

Over the Easter break none of us were going to be able to see each other so we planned to get all of our own personal projects as finished as possible so that when we get back we can fully focus on working together.

The plan is also to start low fidelity and possibly mid fidelity wire frames so that we can visually see each others ideas when we see each other. This is also so that all of us get our own time to come up with ideas and then when we talk to each other about them we can improve on them and combine our ideas to create the best project possible.

I am really enjoying working in a team because it has allowed me to learn how to communicate well with a team and organise not just myself but others as well.

For the research side of things we have all been doing equal parts of it. We made a miro board for all of the research that needed to be done and then put our names next to different projects to show what ones we will be doing. This was a nice way to do things because it allowed each of us to split the projects equally so no one felt they were doing too much or too little and everyone got to do something they wanted to.

For the user research and competitor reviews we also split this equally so that we get results from a range of different people and lots of different companies. This will help out research as a whole because the more research we have the more we can improve our final design.
