For this project I did quite a lot of research into the types of food I was wanting to have as part of the experience. Some food types I thought about were fast food, buffet style, and fine dining. Fine dining is the chosen choice of food for the experience I want to create as I believe being on a hot air balloon is already an incredible experience so adding an high end meal to the experience seems the best idea. The idea of quick fast food or picky buffet food doesn’t seem as important or special for this type of experience.
