The Statistical Research of this project really helped me to understand how much transport effects the environment and which mode has the greatest effects and why.
The research showed that travelling by plane is by far the worst mode of transport you could possibly take for the environment. Buses were seen to be one of the most environmentally friendly forms of transport a person could take.
After completing all of this research it became clear that taxi shares and buses may be the best forms of transport for the environment. Cars have quite the impact on the environment but after speaking to several people and researching cars are very convenient for people as they take you to direct destinations instead of transport such as buses which make you walk from getting to the bus stop and to your final destination.
