On the left of the grid was the voucher redemption flow for <em>Virgin Wines<\/em> (which has 6 stages) and we then inputted any matching parts of the flows into the grid (from our own competitor research). For example, out of <em>Virgin Wine<\/em>&#8216;s 6 stages, <em>Netflix<\/em> only had 4 and so did <em>Sociovino.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We completed this research for both the desktop and mobile flows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/miro.com\/app\/board\/uXjVMckRELA=\/?moveToWidget=3458764554321218246&amp;cot=14\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nua-ux.design\/olivia-johnson\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-2023-05-15-at-18.58.43-299x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-590\" width=\"154\" height=\"529\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Desktop flows (click to be taken to Miro Board)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From this, we were able to gather how other companies carried out their voucher redemption flow.
