She got us to do various exercises individually and as a pair to try and get us thinking about different ways we would deal with situations, our skill sets, and finally ranking ourselves on the 10 profile cards. The first task was an individual task where we were given a large piece of paper and had to split it in to four sections; University, Volunteering, Work Experience and Hobbies. For the University part I put things like; working in a group setting, responding to briefs, communicating with partners and achieving deadlines. For the Volunteering, I wrote about how in the past I have volunteered at the Brownie pack as a Brownie Leader, I did this for a few years and really enjoyed it. With work experience, I wrote about working at syngenta and how that allowed me to gain more communicative skills, working in a team, responding to feedback etc. I also discussed how I also sell clothing on Vinted to earn some extra money on the side, and I also crochet which I discussed in the Hobbies section, but I also have sold some of my crochet items, which taught me about entrepreneurship and dealing with customers etc. I haven&#8217;t got too many hobbies but I did note down; crochet, baking\/cooking, painting\/drawing and ring making.
