He mixed his talk with lots of different images, videos and inspirational quotes which made the talk so much better because there was a mix rather than it just being us talked at. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing that really stuck out to me was a drawing that Greg had done and showed us. It explained what standard work should be and how it can get there.
