For our first week we were given a workshop task to talk about positives and negatives of the digital platforms that we use on a day to day basis, the frictions and delights.

We were given post it notes and wrote down lots of different daily things that we do that either bring us delight or cause some sort of annoyance for us.

Friction

We came up with a lot of negative parts of using different digital platforms that either have too many steps, be too hidden or there have too many thing in the way stopping or slowing you down when you are trying to use them.

Delight

We also came up with a lot of parts of the digital platforms that we enjoy or that make whatever we are trying to do simple and easy.
