I chose to have people from User Experience Design to do these but have two tests from people who don&#8217;t study in this field, to get their perspective on the website. After completing all 5 user testings I got a transcript from each which then I turned into notes so their thoughts were clear. I then grouped the notes into three categories : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Filters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checkout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General UI  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Some issues with the website came up more than once which will lead me onto how I approach redesigning the screens. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For project 2 I had to complete 5 User Testing.
